Shared with permission by BrainStorm, Inc. In my role at BrainStorm Inc, I was tasked with selecting tools for managing documentation for a new product offering in the works. Additionally, I integrated customer support widgets and forms on the documentation site.
I was solely responsible for the design of the site and created it with guidance from the UX team and acquiring iconography from marketing.
Kustomer by Meta
In my first 90 days at Meta, I updated the documentation site to better match both Kustomer’s product as well as marketing site. Use the slider on the image below to view the homepage before (left) and after (right) my updates.
