Help article written for Kustomer aimed at introducing a new “skill routing” feature and guiding users through the process of setting up this feature in their platform.

The new “skill routing feature” is intended to replace a process known to existing customers as “Queues and routing”. This article was written to support implementation managers and Kustomer users through transitioning to skill routing to replace their existing queues and routing configuration.
